Told them about my no turbo problem, they can only wait or go TM point. Live chat is pointless really.
Better to go tmpoint and get something done.

If the BTU cannot support the speed at the wan port they will change. If the router isn't gigabit capable they may change it or ask you to buy from them iirc. But if it's just the router then better but your own. It's all on post #1. What is it with Malaysians nowadays, they don't know how to read?

Kepong Baru here also not yet. But dpc round the corner already turbo-ed. And I have email notification also. I guess that also doesn't matter. So nothing is beyond belief with TM.

That is what pissed me off. Those who get the email, Todd to wait for their turn. Then people go and slam tables at TM point get it escalated and then the lucky ones like you who don't get any notice but just get turbo-ed.
Me wanting to burn down TM and let in the foreign telcos is very apt.
