I switched from 30mbps RM139 package (under 2 years contract) to 30mbps RM79 today at Tm point. No penalty but contract refreshed 2 years started from today.

I was under 2 years contract, if i terminate, i will hv to pay rm500 as penalty.

According to this FAQ,boleh watch on tv if still got stb..

Said today will come install so applied leave

Received call said cable to yet arrive so cannot install

I am paying 179 for 30mbps.  So, what will happen to those of us who don’t get turboed at all due to high rise building?  We will be stucked with high price?

knowing it's TM (aka bloodsucker monopoly)....they will come up with all sorts of excuses to delay the turbo upgrade

Go to TM point, get the Unifi Best package and the ordeal is immediately over. Hahahaha

What is included in this deal? What abt voice pack and iptv? 1st time hearing this rm100

hi guys.. just to share my story and seek help...

last two weeks I check on the web I didn't get free upgrade from streamyx to unifi. sigh.

then I just filled up the upgrade form on the unifi websiite, and last week got call from telemarketer 30Mbps @ rm139 . I accept since its hard to get port, and i'm staying in high-rise so I cannot go for the RM129/100Mbps. the installation is set to be next week ; Friday.

and today, I just try to call tm sales dept and ask why i didn't get the free upgrade because my house unifi covered and there is port available. so after a while. they offer me with 10Mbps at RM88 (I'm currently on RM88/4Mbps) with no contract. then I accept. the installation is on next week; Saturday.

now I don't want to proceed with the 30Mbps. How to cancel my order?

framentation can be an issue, some many may not have enough user to sub unifi to use up all the ports? 

u mean vdsl2 copper line right.

Is there any TIME or Maxis available in your place? Just switch to either one.

Not TM's fault either if the infrastructure in your apartment is copper. Need to complain to your building management and pay to upgrade to fiber.

Now can change. no penalty even u stil under 2 year contract. a new 2 years contracts will be issued.
