I went to TMpoint Kajang last week queue for 2 hours and they submit a report to check if my condo 100 Mbps compatible. Today they called me back and say my building cannot support and ask me to go to TM point again tomorrow they will reduce my price (contract is not renewed, just price drop the agent says). Anyone have the same case and how much did you guys reduced your bill to?

My VDSL not supported, but they say that they gonna reduce my 50mbps price but i'm not sure how much will be reduced, tomorrow have to go to tmpoint to check.

Apparently I can only drop my price from rm179 to rm159 for a 50mbps package due to my building cannot support 100mbps.

TM package arrangement is actually so stupid for a more expensive and lesser speed. If my building cannot support 100 idk why they don't let me just take it and bear with the 50mbps max speed (I don't mind not getting full 100) since it comes with a lower price.
