According to this FAQ,boleh watch on tv if still got stb..
new customers only no stb..

Seems to be TM problem, or your router bottleneck issue.

Nope, make sure there is adequate ventilation and space under the router, so elevate it somehow.

From my experience migrating from old unifi 100mbps to new unifi 100mbps..
I go to TM Point Tanah Merah, Kelantan...
Go at 3 pm and no queue since it is small city.. (btw my unifi is in kuala terengganu)
Talk nicely to the staff but when she have problem when changing my plan, she instantly call Kota Bharu branch asking for help and said it is urgent so i did not need to come again for this..
10 minutes in there for thumb print and all the process..
Back home, after 1hour++, the plan change in unifi portal already..

My advice, just talk to them nicely and they will treat you nicely too..
Do not make the process hard for them..

Did they ask you to wait for turbo or ask you to get 100M instead? Or just straight away process your request? Because some users seem to say that they are trying to retain users at the higher price. Maybe even by saying got penalty fee So just wondering.

some TM point less busy, they can keyin to system straight away, or at least when no more customer. those busy with long q one, they only have a time during coffee break or some reach end of the day. next day another customer coming in, adding more and more. unless they work OT to update their system. lol

Speed test seems like its a 50M package. Any changes in your customer portal details like package name or service date etc? I wonder if this is some sort of free upgrade as you cannot get the new 100M if it is not supported.

Just went to Tmpoint request to change to 100mbps but unfortunately they said system not allowed since my area is vdsl only.
Ask for the best effort for 100mbps, she said system not allow. Too bad.

Seems like your speed not set properly by them. If you are always getting these speeds every time you do speed test over many days / / weeks, then enjoy it and hope it does not change. Then check your next bill to make sure not over-charged or anything.

They asked whether i want to take the rm129 100mbps package. I told them my usage low. smile.gif
For me is huge saving, RM60x12=720.
