Currently my package is 50mbps @179 (finish contract). Last Sat, went to TM point and ask for upgrade to 100mbps @129. Managed to upgrade it with the installation set on this coming Sunday 23/9. May I check will TM change all the my old router & modem in order to support for the new upgrade? Or will they be using the existing one?

I noticed some of you can just upgrade on the spot with waiting. But my case, im using rm179/50mpbs, they said need to come to for installation. why le? Not upgrade from their system?
