Hi everyone.
Currently im subscribe to rm179 500mbps (turboed from 50mbps several days ago). So, yesterday i went to tmpoint to downgrade to new rm129 100mbps plan. The staff say it possible to do so but i need to pay rm200 penalty as i still in contract. So is it true that i need to pay penalty to downgrade? I found that with a 3 attenna router, leaving the middle one vertical and the other 2 horizontally out gives the best performance. Any thoughts, anyone.

I managed to open a case for turbo case from 100mbps to 800mbps. How fast could I expect it be resolved? Any chance to get lower subscription fee? Paying RM299 with Ruby package.

my speedtest only can go max up to 400mbps... which is only half only...huhuhu maybe need to change cable or change the router to aztech fg7008gr.. |
