That's the thing! If the lite turbo upgrade for existing customers gotta be done phase by phase till end of this year, how could they offer this deal to newly signed up customers?

Am running out of patience, maybe shld cancel the current 50mbps, sign up a new package, save RM60+ while getting double speed, right away!

my contract started Dec 2017.

don't really need the TURBO-ed 100Mbps->800Mbps plan, overkill for me, cos only 3 pax using in my place.

btw, have not receive the so-called TURBO upgrade yet. location Bdr Utama, PJ 

can downgrade even im still tied to 2yrs contract?

hmm, question of the day. TMNut upgrading speed and automatically renew subscription but no offer new modem to sustain the new speed ? if they upgrading the speed but the old modem can't fully run on that speed, so why renew the new subscription. do they even ask for consent for subscription renewal ?

Looks like they are making the RM139 their new base line? The RM79 / RM129 was response to Maxis and not the way they would have otherwise done it I think.  Maybe now they will also target the Lite 10M users to add RM10 and upgrade to RM139 30M so can get turbo 300M later instead of turbo 100M. Lets see whether users start getting agens / resellers calls from tomorrow.

contract ended already for my 30Mbps package long time ago.
TM cannot answer nor advise when my speed upgrade gonna happen.

so i opt to "downgrade" to the 100Mbps package.
but they didn't offer me the free DECt phone and other stuff for new customer.

trying to reach them is to no avail at all. lines constantly busy even though waiting for more than 25 minutes.
walk in to tm point also need wait 2 hours.

so my question is when they do come and install/upgrade/downgrade my 30Mbps to 100Mbps, would they change my modem/router and STB?

my STB is really old box. silver box not the white type. notice it's not very stable also.

Last 2 weeks got unifi reseller outside my apartment, registered thru them (already give ic and thumbprint) and they say TM will add more port and ready to install by the end of the month. Now its the end of the month but nothing also?

initially i was on RM179 for 30mbps, last week proceed to change to RM129 100mbps. yesterday they had update my account with 100mbps.

so after 1 night of enjoying 100mbps, this morning they change my account again to 300mbps for turbo upgrade. so now how much i need to pay?

Huh, this is interesting. My account got Promo discount perpetual and Promo discount RM60 now. I was just curious and ask TM live chat. They said that it's fixed price after turbo upgrade. So I'm paying RM99 for 100Mbps? 

Really confusing. Im currently on 8MB streamyx paying RM89/month, applied for Unifi 100MB 2 weeks ago, but they gave me 100Mbps lite, is that mean im getting 100Mpbs at RM89? I really hope so ..

Btw, beside the different of naming & path of getting 100Mbps (new registration or upgrade from 10Mbps lite), is there any difference in term of what we are getting in the package?

i'm currently on 179 UniFi Advance Plus 50Mbps (Thank You Campaign 2017) and living on high rise in shah alam - so using vdsl/copper

few days back i made a complaint for the speed drop and technician came to my house and i was told that nothing much can be done, they tried change few things but still the same (actually i'm still getting around 40Mbps, so I could not care much)

he also mentioned to me that my building already has fibre port available. only 1 port is taken now, and i should go to TM Centre to request to change to fibre. he took a few of fibre port pics and sent it to me and asked to show the guys at TM centre when requesting.

earlier i went to TM Point Seksyen 7 to ask whether this can be done, but the guy at the counter told me i need to go to TM Centre Seksyen 11 Shah Alam to ask. he also told me to just wait until my turn is up then i will be notified.

so now,should i go to TM Centre and request for this? or should i start with LiveChat first?

Currently still on 100mbps RM229 package... I wonder if I would need to walk in their centre to change my current plan to Rm129. Such a simple task why cant it be done over the phone call... has any1 request to change it via their customer service?

Just talked to TM through phone, I asked her what is the "Lite" in my package means. She said its the new RM129 100Mbps package. Well, i guess i will need to confirm what im getting after the installation. Its weird, how come I upgrade from 8MB streamyx to Unifi but get 100Mbps lite, others get 100Mbps BEST. 

Hi guys, planning to upgrade from Streamyx 4mbps to Unifi 30mbps. Sri Petaling area.

Just wondering:
1. will I be allowed to keep my existing landline number from TM?
2. do any of you actually exceed 60GB usage per month? I'm not a very heavy user, occasional download/streaming and no gaming
3. what modem will they provide for new customer?
