Hi everyone.
Currently im subscribe to rm179 500mbps (turboed from 50mbps several days ago). So, yesterday i went to tmpoint to downgrade to new rm129 100mbps plan. The staff say it possible to do so but i need to pay rm200 penalty as i still in contract. So is it true that i need to pay penalty to downgrade?
