It will be waived with 15 days and funny that she told me she can see my package is RM 179 but this month will be charged at RM 129 and next month 179? I am puzzled. Nevertheless, my package is still known as RYE 2017, so should be safe kot?

Next thing to follow up is the Turbo speed.

I'm paying 329 but still no turbo, went to their TM Live chat, request for turbo. Got turbo-ed 2 days later. Currently using RT-AC5300, getting 500mbps, so might be cable issue? Not getting 800mbps yet. Might try getting a new cable and see how.

If i do speed testing at tm website can get 500 mbps but if on Speedtest by Okla webpage still 300mbps. Somehow tm website also use OKLA speedtest server.

There are so many Unifi users who are still shouting here 1.5 months after announcement...

Tried Live Chat the other day to check the eligibility for Turbo. Guy said "Wait for email". Asked when will I receive the email. "Dunno". Asked if I can downgrade through Live Chat. "Nope". Then why can upgrade through phone call? "It's different". So I rated a 6, got a call from TM, explained to the person, got same answers as Live Chat. Haihz. 

After some consideration in practicality & pricing, I went to downgrade to 129 today at TMpoint Shah Alam. The lady's face turned black right after I said I want to downgrade, she only cracked an insincere smile after it's done. Geez.. But I saw a whole stack of downgrade applications on her desk la. 

Still stuck with hypp tv, 600 mins call, no new equipment & from 100mbps to 100mbps somehow still needs technicians to come over and tweak something. WTH. Price remains 263.95 until after the technician visits.

Oh then I saw the notice at the door. Wah now the TM points near me, Taipan & Shah Alam no longer handle termination services. TM making it hard for you to get rid of them. = =

Hi, mine upgraded almost 1month now, but i dint get full 500mbps with Cat 5e and if i gonna to 5hz wifi will reach 250mbps if not on my pc and normal wifi only 100mbps, i saw someone near my area have a post here, but can get full 500mbps.

End up the final bill is the same as before even with the new RM110 discount (vs RM80 before).

there got 2 different hypptv account, one is for stb another one is for phone/tablet. You can't login your hypptv everywhere account on the STB

any one encounter internet problem tonight, ping.pe test also show many fail connection.
Whatsapp web also can not connect.

might as well Samsung flagship smartphones have 4x4 wifi type then can perform really well
hmm as someone mentioned previously if got a smartphone with 4x4 wifi then still can get 400Mbps++ on C1200

Mind to tell how / where did you get the spec about the 2x2 mimo for wifi? I tried to search online, but couldn't find this spec for my S9+~
