went to tmpoint bukit raja yesterday to change my plan to new 100mb plan. But until now tmportal still show my account on old package. Very frustrated to see people got downgrade merely in an hours.

Update on my issue, after 3 days downgraded my package yet package still the same. Decide to go tmpoint again to ask. After further checking, found out that my building actually has 2 infra, copper and ftth because my building has been upgraded to full fiber. But my unifi cant be upgraded because it still on copper, so they need to relocate my unifi to fiber than downgrade to 100mb. They will send technician next week to relocate my unifi, and another techinian to check on my modem. At last something is happening.
