Yes, you can. The most I've used is 8 Digi vouchers in one Shopee account. There may be a limit which I've not encountered.

Shopee now limit coins we get to earn from Mall and Preferred Sellers only? And max earning per order is 100 coins, and 150 coins per day and max 300 coins per week.

what happens if our item never arrive from courrier service after the ETA date? will shopee still release the money to seller?

Black Friday should start tomorrow. I saw some banner at 11street.

Had 1 of my worst Shopee experience, I bought a small item from Shopee and the seller sent a wrong and not working product to me.

Upon complaining to Shopee, they investigated for 48 hours, then asking for evidence (48 hours), ask to chat with seller (48 hours), admin to check with seller (48 hours) etc.

the whole process took more than 21 days now and they came back and tell me that they are not responsible, and it is between me and the seller.

FYI, the seller had since last month received many negative feedback, with wrong and not working products sold. but Shopee admin is not doing anything

This is the worst platform ever, if you intend to buy there, do it at your own risk. For me, I will try to buy elsewhere for peace of mind

Iinm isn't this is the case with shopee? They somehow link the order confirmation with the tracking system.
So when the tracking(say poslaju update to delivered), then they automatically 'confirm' the order for us buyers.
Not sure how they handle dispute though. Never had problem with shopee yet.

Shopee service is very bad 1 especially on helping us, customer side...
They will taichi every problem away... ask u direct deal with seller instead

exactly, they will ask you to deal with seller
then seller dont asnwer to your chat
your whatsapp
and everything

and Shopee will not take any action as well

if they are not interested to settle any dispute, dont ask for evidence and evidence and wait wait wait
then do nothing

Worse thing is harboring the crook who sell fake / unuseble goods and not doing anything about it

*Beware, there are many imitation/fake/unuseable goods being sold on Shopee, Shopee is aware but they just keep a blind eye

Besides , normally as a seller , I remember last time you said you can track a buyer.How do I trace or ask a buyer ?
Because , I saw 1-3 buyer give out 5 star rating but basic template shopee comment.( Fast delivery) , but I wanted to ask the buyer whether did they really receive the item or working and etc.
Normal to confirm the seller didn't use duplicated account and rate him self or force buyer to rate 5 stars.

Once price is accepted u can buy it anytime, however seller may always cancel your order if their selling price (cost) increased when u made the order.

Just click their username or type their username in the search bar u will able to see their profile and pm them.
Will not know whether they are dupe or not.

Generally its still quite safe to buy from Shopee as long as u monitor the delivery status (everyday) make sure it dont change delivered or complete if u havent receive your item coz once it turn complete then u will only have 50/50 chance get back money when u report to Shopee.
And now once status shown delivered u still have 3 days before it change to complete, u may also press "extend guarantee" giving u total of 6 days if u have no time to test the item yet.

Coz once status turned completed, money will be released to seller. So best is just press refund/return immediately if got problem.
Shopee will contact u via email/call within 7 days to get more info then they will contact seller for info. If you proof is solid they will force seller refund to u.
