Anybody facing slow tracking update on Poslaju? i've got 1 parcel that was shipped on the 16th Nov, but tracking stopped at 17th Nov at "Consignment dispatch out from Transit Office"

possibly lost or the accepting branch too busy have not scan yet. just have to wait nothing else u can do

Yea, under the "to Receive" tab, it says "Receive products by 23 Nov". Even though it's still within the delivery timeframe, I find it slightly slower than past deliveries. Maybe it's due to the volume of 11.11 orders...

The CC RM1 verification usually under unbilled or floating in your account. The system should be automatically reversed within the days mentioned. Use shoppe app to chat with customer service if really get charged.

WTA about free shipping by shoppee. How its work? Who handle and post customer item?

Im abit confusing. I make a payment at 1.39PM (2 seller) and automaticly i got tracking number by this 2 seller. And i dont think seller give me a tracking number that fast.

Maybe seller post it to shopee or shopee runner collect customer item and then shopee post it to poslaju. No?

So the seller just fill the form and automaticly pos laju system detect which is my tracking number? Because i got tracking numbee instantly after make a payment

Once seller press "SHIP" the system will auto generate Poslaju tracking number and seller can print out the Poslaju slip for packing and send (or Poslaju come collect) to Poslaju for shipping.
