Generally its still quite safe to buy from Shopee as long as u monitor the delivery status (everyday) make sure it dont change delivered or complete if u havent receive your item coz once it turn complete then u will only have 50/50 chance get back money when u report to Shopee.
And now once status shown delivered u still have 3 days before it change to complete, u may also press "extend guarantee" giving u total of 6 days if u have no time to test the item yet.

I was thinking on holding the offer price by seller or secure the item until next month 12.12 hopefully no more crash on the payment system.Not sure whether the offer price will get cancel automatically if inactive or something.Does it notified the seller on apps or something if within a time ?

Also , can seller cancel after made the payment of offer ?

Thanks for telling about the complete order but if let say if the product arrived and happen to be broken either delivery or seller sold a faulty product , how to do a return order ? just incase of those thousand of parcel item at poslaju throwing around.
If seller insist of item was perfect when shipped and delivery broke it , how to process the claim ? example Milo pack leak.
At the order , click return or directly call shopee ?

The price will remain same and yes seller can cancel order anytime.

Take photo of the faulty/damaged product and also the box condition, press return and attach the photos and brief explanation.
If u bought from Mall Seller u will receive a poslaju slip in the parcel just pack it back and bring to poslaju for free shipping. If other seller u can call Shopee and ask them whether they will reimburse or not.

my case was the seller had agreed to the return, but shopee dont want to provide me with the address to send my goods to, and how to get refunded???

SHOPEE is the worst online platform to buy, stay away as you are not assured of the quality of goods you purchase and SHOPEE will never help me

this is my personal experience!!!!!

seller not responding to chat, whatsapp after agreeing for the return, and admin was the one who asked me to return but when i ask for the address, admin do not want to reveal.

FYI, My Shopee experience is shit! worst Customer service ever.

stay away if you want to have peace of mind in buying online.

u can just show the whatsapp screenshot and shopee will contact seller, if seller no response they will just refund for u.

anyway is its still on-going or already settled somehow or case closed without refund?
otherwise no point to teach u what to do...

already shown chat history, whatsapp screen shot, photo evidence and yet Shopee admin is taking me round the garden, keep asking for same thing and wait 48 hours everytime. now they even ask for video evidence, as though photo evidence is useless.

I sense admin is only dragging and not interested to settle the issue.

Really, dont use this platform if you want a peace of mind in online shopping, when you get into trouble, no one will help you.
