Would like to know how long will the welcome gift be sent to my place after meeting the minimum spending criteria? It doesn't have to sms for participation if I apply through m2u right?

Do I need to call and check with the CS or they will send them automatically after hitting the criteria.

Like I said there is nothing for you to open, in fact once you scroll pass it the number of unread messages will drop and considered as read.

Been testing small amounts like RM10; RM11 on GrabPay wallet (Amex); BP (Maybank Visa) and TNG ewallet (Maybank Visa) ... all still reflect TPs

sorry guys for asking to much, another question.

I already received my first statement, so I have paid the total amount, but I clicked outstanding balance and paid it. But, still I have my statement balance, and it has an option to pay for it. The last amount I paid was reflected in my total spending (the pie chart one).

What should i do? should i pay again the amount in statement balance or is it okay as i've clear up my outstanding balance?

Statement balance will not be updated till next statement.
As long as you have cleared the statement balance, you're fine!

STATEMENT BALANCE is fixed

it's a historical details to show your spending/payments from last statement --> current statement cutoff.

it's called a statement for a reason laugh.gif

same like your monthly SYABAS, TNB, MAXIS/DIGI/UMOBILE bills. you make payment to those every month, have you asked them why your bill statement still "same amount"? laugh.gif

as long as you have paid the total amount in statement (payment + CB) then should be no problem, they won't charge you interest, if you didn't pay exact statement balance within 20 days, they will charge you interest including those unbilled transaction as well.

Amex2 still get 5% cashback in weekend when reload TnG card (not eWallet) at TnG hub. Just did that last month (July) at Bangsar South here.

Hi guys can I ask if we can still get cashback/TP if paying on Lazada/Shopee? I know they have e-wallets, but I can always choose not to reload to the e-wallet and straight pay the merchant right?

Lazada & Shopee don't accept AMEX, so only TP if you are using M2Visa/M2Mastercard.
