Thanks for the hint.
I called CS, they mention that transaction to pay etiqa was via FPX/jompay (amounted RM905), which is not eligible for treatspoint.

Points was adjusted on last day of July.

I'm quite skeptical about the gateway used by etiqa, as it's family of Maybank, i dont think it'll use third party gateway.  hmm.gif

Anyone know which gateway etiqa used?

Maybank, same day posting. Amex is now accepted at etiqa.com.my and motortakaful.com.

doesn't matter which gateway.

jompay fpx already not eligible.

should've used etiqa online portal, eg motortakaful.com

Yes, I paid via motortakaful.com.
CS said motortakaful using FPX/Jompay, so no TP for weekday.
Only CB during weekends.

I'm not sure if FPX part is real... hmm.gif

I don't remember in particular I selected which one, but I was paid with AMEX card, so it would be former one.

Hello,

If i use my Amex to buy Car insurance, would that be eligible for Cashback?
Which is the best card to use among FCB/Visa/Amex to buy the car insurance from Etiqa?

Thanks
*
I have been renewing car insurance via Etiqa website, discount 10% + 5% Amex CB.

If Etiqa Takaful, more than 10% discount + 5% Amex CB.
But the rebate (varying) will come 2 years later!

Pre-inform you, just in case TM @ M2U is discontinued (the service is now redundant to both Maybank and TM as Jompay is more cost effective).
*
Sorry I don't understand. But still can use jompay right if TM @ M2U discontinues. Anyways thanks for the info. Never know. It may come in handy.

Has anyone tried to reload physical Touch n' Go Cards with Maybank 2 Card Amex during weekend after 8 July 2019, and still managed to get 5% cashback on 1st August 2019?

By logic, reloading physical Touch n' Go Cards should not be affected with the recent revision, but the assurance from the confirmation from the users here is appreciated. smile.gif

I only dare try with Amex, done twice RM30 with FCBVS but not dare to go even further and will only pay digi with RM1000 after statement date directly from digital apps rather than through bill payment…
Don't want to loose RM100 CB for Aug, it's a lot as compare to 33 chances with only around RM10…

I have done more than 10 times with Amex, if end of the month Amex got 5% CB and should be safe for future bill payment thru M2U

Why pay digi won't get cashback? Is not under utilities.

Yes. Still receive cash back.

Don’t see why reloading physical Tng card will be affected.
