Ok, i just call again to Maybank CS.

The CS say Card cancelling start from 15 JAN 2019 onward, all TP on that cancelled card will not carry forward. Forfeited terus 

while for AMEX RM25 SST , you can use point 10,000 to offset it by calling card centre.
anyone who terminate their visa/master card on 15 Jan 2019 onward able to transfer TP ? if yes, let me know, i shoot them kaw kaw. 

Not only that. Been reported that application done after 01 Sep 18 having difficulties to cancel the Visa/Master card as well.

Looks like i hit a big wall for this mbb CC. Everything 'failed'..

1. Got my platinum approved and wanted to cancel the m2c MC that came together with the Amex and was told I can't cancel it at all. If i cancel the mastercard i'll have to cancel the amex.
2. Ask to transfer all outstanding instalment payments from amex gold to amex plat. Denied, was told it can't be done.

Didn't try to ask about the possible TP transfer though since i was already given two negative answers to my requests.

Definitely, I was there years back and using AMEX Charge Card (company issues). Recent travels company no longer issue card so... use own cards to rack points haha!

Just noticed my credit card anniversary is next month, cancelled the Visa Platinum. Stated due to SST, then no further questions asked 

This is for those who wanted to cancel just the Visa / Mastercard of their Maybank 2 Cards combo. For those of us who had the card prior to September 2018, CS will only allow us to cancel a card from the combo if we used the reason "SST". Anything other than that will get rejected unless you wanted to cancel both cards together.

I think it's not since Maybank 2 Cards really do come in a pair of cards so it's pretty logical for both to be cancelled together instead of just one.

Went to Maybank Card Center The Garden just now to request my amex to new contactless one, was told can be ready by monday! Cant wait also, plus alreAdy spent 1k for month of february already so its fine without the card this weekend haha.

How do u pay? Using Maybank2U? Did u choose Telephone & Multimedia without unifi one?

tried making a bill payment from M2U from Amex for Umobile, it says payment by credit card is not allowed, no other way?
