I saw e-pay offers service to pay for TNB. If e-pay accepts Amex perhaps can pay for TNB with this website

don't take as 100% but if they don't give cashback/points for transactions between 1July - 7July, there can be disputes as that is basically implementing the notice ahead time and not observing the 21-day T&C. Don't think they will want to bother with a few $$$
