Maybank increased my credit limit to almost double my previous credit limit and I didn't even do anything, is this normal?

Already swiped rm1000 on June weekend using M2Amex, if I were to reload rm90 to Grab on 30Jun 11.40pm n it is posted on 1July, will this rm90 get CB for July? The balance of rm910 will be swiped on 6July.
