I have a list of cancelled CCs in my m2u, cancelled in 2009-2011. 

Last time I checked with M2U CS, they asked me to go to a branch.
Maybe accounts too old, different SOP.

My problem still not solve yet even after few times called to customer service 😒😒

Phone no. registered, customer service personnel checked n confirm my card is activated, no problem,and claimed that is merchant problem
