same with pre-gst.

gotta keep using amex to earn TP.

we got 3 months to redeem after sst is charged.

Conclusion for FCBarcelona and M2cards holder:
If you spend average RM200/more by using Amex, worth to keep both cards
May and August- use FCB visa
The other 10 months
Rm200*10*5%=RM100 (if you use FCB Visa RM200*10*2%=RM40) RM60 extra
You will get 10000 treatpoints to off set amex service charge
You still earn RM35 after pay Visa service charges.

Hi Sifus here,

I have a question...Is it confirmed that Maybank 2 card will have 2x RM25 SST charges for the 2 cards?

If I remember correctly, pre-GST time, the 2 cards only subjected to 1x RM50 SST.

If now is 2x RM25 SST, can we cancel the visa/master card that we usually won't use?

Let say I have TP of 60k in my Principal Amex,

can I use to offset SST on all my Principal Visa and the other supplementary 2 cards?

I'm really not sure if TP is considered as single account in all MBB cards.

Yes. Called sc n confirm charged rm25 per card no matter is combined or 1 card

anyone know, if we have multiple cards, will maybank charge SST follow the renewal month on the card or follow their existing system - the renewal month of my first card from maybank?

mbb seems to follow card expiry month for each card

if PBB can allow ppl to cancel one of the quantum cards, MBB should consider that as well. Or make the other card more attractive.

cb posting 1st of the following month
cb vieweable in m2u 2nd of the following month (m2u transaction not reflected real-time)

there are few grey areas, especially on the TP redemption.

FAQ Clause #11 has this: The redemption is applicable to cards that are awarded with TreatsPoints or Membership Rewards Points.

1) does it mean only cards with TP features can redeem?
2) each card redeem from its own TP or cumulative?
3) how about cards without TP like FCB VS?

We can use TP earn from amex to waive the other card also right? No only amex?
