Let say I have TP of 60k in my Principal Amex,

can I use to offset SST on all my Principal Visa and the other supplementary 2 cards?

I'm really not sure if TP is considered as single account in all MBB cards.

Just did TP redemption few days ago, was also told that MBB will use TP that is nearest to expiry first regardless of which card/account it came from.

And so far I have only accumulated TP in Amex card and debit card, so that TP was used to redeem Service Tax for Visa Card.

I think I may be a bit late in this new wave AMEX thing, so if one already has the old Amex, MBB will post the new wave enabled AMEX automatically?

Or we need to call CS to request? We don't need to pay reissue fee for this right?

Tried to wave AMEX at KL Sentral McD, unfortunately cannot. Still need to enter pop card in and insert pin.

If one now is a supplementary holder of M2C (under her parents name), and later apply for her own M2C as she already pass the requirement, will maybank cap the cashback to RM50?

Petronas should be fine. I think try and check with MBB CS whether it needs some kind of activation. However, it should work with no problem.

I'm having problem paying 11st using AMEX just now. Two times payment unsuccessful. Not sure why, have keyed in the right details.

On side note, I paid using GrabPay at last since I found out that 11st now accept GrabPay. What a day 👍👍👍

Ya it will refund to 11st credit. I was quite nervous as well since AMEX payment was unsuccessful and obviously I do not want 11st credit as I clearly don't shop there much. However, now can use Grab Pay, it is quite future proof indeed.

If rejected, customer have cooling off period before can apply again?
