Correct me if Im wrong here.

I can reload my BP with 10k max limit with my Maybank MU or FCB CC to get max points/cash back and then transfer all to Boost account and then transfer back to my Bank with only RM2 charged right?
*
boost max wallet size is rm1.5k and monthly usage limit of rm4.5k.

with your example by maximizing bp 10k then transfer all to boost, you would get charged cumulatively more than rm2 and delays to get all fund withdrawn.

MAX RM2 charged per transaction. Boost max transaction limit to bank is 1498 (1500wallet - RM2 charges). So u have to do multiple times and each time u will be charged RM2.

Also each month your total tranx in Boost will be capped at RM4500 (including transfer, retail payment, bills etc....)

Ah I see...

So I need to do at least 3 times a month for 2 months to get almost 10k out. So maybe about RM12.. Still not that bad

How long is the transaction from boost to your bank account?

Not worth for the effort to wait on Boost to withdraw.
ATM withdrawal is quicker at up-to-max RM4k per withdrawal

Can I trouble u to try add-on something again if u have not checked-in yet? Because I can't get the rm2 deduction. Something I did wrongly?

Thanks to lamode for sharing your experience. I was able to use that at my advantage and got my card back today!!! notworthy.gif

Also thanks to the friendly and helpful Atm officer the whole process was less than 10 mins. - She initially said I can't get back the card and have to renew the card myself. However I mentioned that there were cases like this before and the bank actually returned the card after verified the identification. So I did thumb print etc. She wrote down my card number and name and didn't even call BP. And I got the card back smile.gif

Now I can finally let out that sigh of relief. However I would like to emphasize one more time:

AVOID RHB ATM AT ALL COST!

It’s one of the more successful e wallet in Malaysia due to the fact that it allow credit card top ups and it has a physical card linked to the e wallet.

Enjoy it while it lasts.
It is not sustainable in long term, similar to the bicycle-sharing scheme

seems like bigpay-citylink made a deal to re-contact user to check status of their package.

happened to new card (citylink guy goes back to my house asking my parents -> called me what to say to them LOL~)

also just happened to replacement card (citylink calling me).

good effort though.

Citylink also called me the day before Christmas but Whoscall shows their number as SPAM so I didn't pick up and they proceed to send me a sms asking if I have received my card. Isn't it that Citylink requires signature upon delivery as the POD or is it just a maildrop?

just maildrop.

when i first gotten the card in Apr, no callback to check either.

i guess this new SOP only implement recently (few months ago), probably due to complaints of fraud (?) or missing/undelivered packages (by citylink)

My friend opted for replacement paypass card but did not receive it even though tracking shows as delivered.

I think it is part of the new procedure after many complaints.
