Is it possible for BigPay to limit the choice of currencies payable when used in overseas, i.e. pay in 'local' currency?

There are occasions where the cashier would just charge it in MYR instead of local currency without even asking which currency to pay from.
And the difference is HUGE!

Hi, is bigpay card consider a debit card ? or a prepaid master card? Anyone tried bigpay to top up SSPN which only accepted debit card but not credit card.

It gave warning that the card might not be accepted but based on my last couple purchases, BigPay went through smoothly.

i had somewhat similar experience, too.

Traveling to 2 countries. Bigpay detected both just fine and i spent in both countries respectively.
But at the end of the trip after returning to Malaysia, BP just lumped it up and say i spent a total of xxx amount in 1 country.

I think you withdrawal at 7 bank right? Then u should be withdrawal outside working hours, otherwise it should be free

Hi all, I'm pleased to announce that our BigPay card works in Soith Korea. I withdraw from KB Bank (Kookmin Star) in Seoul without bank charges except for the RM10 BigPay withdrawal fee. However, please note that the KB Bank ATM terminal in Incheon Departures is different as it charges a KRW3,600 fee. In the city, it does not.

Wanna ask why Bigpay charge higher rate as refer to Mastercard® Currency Conversion on the same day?

I cannot tally BigPay rate with MasterCard rate almost every time.

is airasia big pay widely used in japan? i mean directly pay to counter not buy withdraw the money from ATM.
