QUOTE(Kadaj @ Mar 10 2022, 10:18 PM) Good to know. Thanks for the heads up, could have missed it. Wish i didnt pay a 6.7k insurance for my parents though ytd. Could have waited. 600p vs 200p is rm3 on AAfood. Lol. To give everyone some context though, obviously some inflation happened. I redeem AA food 50p = rm1 last month. Dunno when this month became 125p = rm1. Not sure about other AA services. This post has been edited by adele123: Mar 10 2022, 11:20 PM |

QUOTE Your transaction is now on hold and review is in progress. Date: x Recipient Name: x Amount: RM x Bank Name: x In order for us to complete the review, we just need a little more information from you: Recipient Full Name: Recipient Date of Birth: Recipient Nationality: Purpose of this transaction: I seriously do not understand how could they even get license from Bank Negara to manage money. Other than the last question, I swear these nonsense don't happen at banks and money changers. |

FAQ - Virtual Cards | BigPay Why should I create a virtual card? If you’re a new user, creating a virtual card allows you to start spending online while waiting for your physical card. If you’re an existing user, virtual cards are a great way to keep your physical and digital spendings separate. You’ll be able to filter your transactions on your home screen and see where you spent with which card. If you’re replacing your physical card, having a virtual card will allow you to keep using your BigPay account during the process. This post has been edited by cybpsych: Mar 16 2022, 02:07 PM |

So i downloaded the BigPay app. Registered my name and gave out my selfie (is this even safe lol?) for verification. Now it asking me to top up RM20 before they can send the physical card. There is no option to get virtual card on the app. What should I do? Reload the RM20 first? Then it will pop out virtual card option? Urgently needed this because 3 of my cc had been rejected by Amazon Jp I don't know why but before this all went through Amazon Us payment with no problem at all. |

QUOTE(cybpsych @ Mar 16 2022, 02:19 PM) complete the registration with rm20 topup. the money is yours anyway. Hey I have completed the registration and used the virtual card. It works I think? Since the money I reloaded was deducted last night but status is still pending. then use the app, bottom there's a Card button. However on Amazon the order status has changed into Preparing for Shipment. No more red banner warning so this BigPay has saved me. Thanks a lot for the help. cybpsych liked this post
