I am now pending for ID verification
It would be good if you can update me on my questions
1. Is the first topup of RM20 fixed? (Can I topup more than RM20?)
2. App said delivery of card will be 5 to 7 working days. How's fellow forummers' experience in actual? Lesser days?
3. What delivery service are they using to send us the card? (Poslaju? Poslaju dropoff? Normal snail mail?)

It says bank might charge additional fees other than RM6 for ATM withdrawal
So far any of fellow forummers get charged additional for withdrawal at ATM?

One thing I am very unhappy with BigPay is that they hold unsuccessful transaction amount for 7 to 10 days Very classic example is pumping petrol when sometimes after the money got deducted but it was somehow cancelled or did not go through This happens like at least once a month and RM40 to RM50 has to be pending for more than a week then only I can spend the money again Maybe BigPay can look into this and see how can we reduce the waiting time  |

My transactions using BigPay were declined at reloading Boost and another merchant at 6.00pm ~ 6.20pm today

I went last month and NSK still accepted BP
Sigh if it stopped accepting then maybe we need to bring this up to BP for their action
Btw, anyone knows the MCC for NSK?
