If newly registered BigPay account,is it possible to receive virtual card immediately for online shopping? Or do I need to wait for the physical card like usual?

Urgently needed this because 3 of my cc had been rejected by Amazon Jp I don't know why but before this all went through Amazon Us payment with no problem at all. |
