my bro 1st monthly autodebit for prudential insurance failed today.. it shown under txn history, but, status is declined..

Check it is due to "Transaction not permitted to issue card holder", will Prudential try again to autodebit? or need to go to branch to pay?

Their fb messenger seem like something wrong, it shown sent n never shown delivered.. so I dunno is my fb messenger issue orthey can just block certain user from sending msg to them.. bcoz I’ve no issue if I chat with my friend, only to BigPay

Yes, agree.. the CS support is slow n difficult to get in touch.. fb messenger also not working..

N today I just found out that my settled transaction for 6th aug onwards no points awarded.. 2 retails, 1 Boost.

Don't expect too much their services especially you are in Malaysia.
Everything you need to call and follow up regarding the missing amount or rewards.

Customers are need to "feed spoon" to the company for dispute about your problems.
Perhaps too many people apply BP already.
And this will cause slow to solve the problem.

I remember last time I call BP call center several time, straight away engage with "Nombor ini tidak dapat dihubungi, sila cuba sebentar lagi". shakehead.gif
Seems like their call center need to improve as soon as possible.

Else, people will think "This company stable or not? Sound like Invalid call"..

Fb messenger since 23 July till now no response.. even the issues have been resolved now, at least response.. to me I feel their fb messenger no longer workable

My friend try to add BigPay to Shopee, after key in OTP, it shown server error, then BigPay shown charge n reverse.. his Shopee acc still using cybersource for payment, wonder is it the cause on why his BigPay can’t add to Shopee. Try 2 times same thing happened n gave up. For me, my Shopee acc using ipay88, no issue to add BigPay.

The freeze button is not for us to use when we loss the card or when have fraudulent txn? We can simply click freeze account when we r not in use (eg, sleeping time), then unfreeze when we use it? Have u try to do card txn when u click freeze account?

Is BigPay ok now? my friend activated the card today n received RM10 referral rewards. I see my referral rewards shown additional 1 user activated too.. but I didn’t receive the referral reward, I check the whole list, the total activated referral is not tally with the referral rewards received. So, confirmed I didn’t receive the RM10 referral rewards from my friend who activated today n I confirm he used my referral code.

My friend try to link big point acc too, but can’t link n shown something went wrong n try again later.

Haha, I do keep track on my balance. Coz I’ve similar experience with u, I spent at taobao, but no txn record in my BigPay n money deducted. When I check with BigPay, they told me their system having issue on that day, the txn record will be appear once system refresh. From that day onwards, I keep track on the balance in excel

Today I used BigPay to pay for my Shopee order.. the payment went through without OTP, it is ipay88, I just key in my cvv code and click agree/ next, it is loading n I thought it will bring me to OTP page, but suddenly shown the payment success and will notified seller.. is it Shopee new way of payment method without the need to key in OTP? Bcoz I remember few days b4 I still need to key in OTP even I paid by BigPay.

Bigpay system down again? can't do P2P, i can use the card, but, balance not reflected even txn shown in bigpay app.
