Better wording would have been:

"when using your card abroad, always choose the currency of the country you are in"

Another way is Auto Debit with BigPay. Just give your BigPay Card details to your insurance agent to update and tell the agent this is CIMB Card

possibly because shopee swinging between cybersource and ipay88. perhaps those successful added/paid using bigpay need to specify which payment gateway was used.

i myself cannot use bigpay @ shopee when connected to cybersource (and no way to switch to ipay88 either).  :confused:

my experience this morning. trying to make a purchase in Shopee with Big pay using the laptop. "Sever Error" was shown.

then later, open the shopee app, use bigpay. payment was successful.

Another 1st Sat and another -RM4006 from BP~ Tq BP~

This is a very serious allegation, have you contacted customer service (FB fastest)? BigPayJonathan also can be PM.

Two issues, one of misuse of card (I assume physical card is in your hands?) and the other is card balance being allowed to go negative.

Please make sure you update here the results.

my experience this few days top up RM2000 twice all went wrong but my credit card being charged....
again need to call CS to recredit the top up amount into my bigpay...

but for top up RM1500 it is working fine...

after i key in the TAC NO, it loading loading and said something went wrong.... but the credit card transaction gone through (top up not gone through)....
then i tried RM1500 top up, the transaction ok...

Regarding autodebit for insurance premium, I used it since few months ago for GE, PRU and Allianz.......started from Jun, all Prudential and Allianz cannot go through but GE yes.

I went to Prudential office to make payment today vis physical card, it was OK.

What happened to the autodebit issue?

yeah i hate that i have to consistently check my account and points to make sure the total deduct, top up and points is correct.    kind of tiring. when contact them also an issue cause their cs is neither no respond or slow in respond. 

At least they will refund to you should be generous already.
Just that it need to take times. 
Don't expect too much their services especially you are in Malaysia.
Everything you need to call and follow up regarding the missing amount or rewards.

Customers are need to "feed spoon" to the company for dispute about your problems.
Perhaps too many people apply BP already.
And this will cause slow to solve the problem.

I remember last time I call BP call center several time, straight away engage with "Nombor ini tidak dapat dihubungi, sila cuba sebentar lagi".
Seems like their call center need to improve as soon as possible.

Else, people will think "This company stable or not? Sound like Invalid call"..

Hi all, noticed t,hese few days you guys having issue on bigpoint on usage, is all the related transaction are in settled status already?

Paid 4 different bills at UOB Payonline, 2 showed in my BigPay, the rest not shown. So no idea at all if they went through.

Same as the rest, didn't receive any Big Points since last week for all sort of transactions

I just checked this morning and it seems like my issue regarding the RM20 dispute has been resolved and the amount reflected is now correct. Thank you again Jonathan and BP CS for looking into this.

On a side note, the freeze card issue comes in handy if you want to avoid any fraudulent transactions, I've tried unfreezing the card at 1 point in the midst of investigation in order to top up some money, and the top-ups went fine, then I continued to freeze the card. I'm not sure if it'll reflect immediately for payments when you unfreeze it.

maybe transaction record 'missing'. got to count ur balance from the beginning of times. jk.
