you do know that bigpay cc top up limit is rm1k per month, right?

the other issue, balance not reflected.

1) call pbb CS to check the status of the txn, see if valid or not. it would still show as authorized, but still depends on the final status before posting.

2) if pbb said no issue, wait for it to get posted before dispute with bigpay. if txn not posted to your card, then the earlier authorized amount already released. meaning bigpay doesn't treat this txn as valid.

3) wait for bigpay to reconcile or update your balance. if txn posted to your card before reflected in bigpay, dispute with them.

4) if bigpay not taking action. file chargeback dispute with pbb. reason, goods/services not fulfilled by merchant (bigpay)

pbb will initiate chergeback process. bigpay will need to defend the claim by providing proofs that money has been credited to your bigpay.

usually the issue gets resolved until #3. probably minor delay for bigpay to update.

Hi, i have made a purchase online and after few days it is still status pending in BigPay. I read in BigPay, it the maximum period allow to be in "pending" is 10 days for the merchant to settle the transaction. Is it true, any experience so far?

I do use bigpay for online transaction at least once a month. Actually i never had any transaction didnt turn to settled. I dont monitor but at a minimum it does take 2 to 3 days. But in those situation i just assumed money is paid, after all i do receive my items and receipt.

Regretted activated the visa version early, now cannot link to paypal. I asked their support chat and the reply is misalignment between them and payment gateway validation and still trying their best to rectify it...

Eventually you have to activate since your card expired right? Then nothing much you can do.

Lucky the low balance.

Seem like the scammer never give up.
Last time the WhatsApp call. Maybe sell away my data to others continue scamming

i'm waiting for mine to happen. Waiting for pre-auth $1 to get refunded before I freeze my card. So I am betting ~$40 to earn back my $1

I use so many financial services only Bigpay have this issue.

My little brother's ONLY have Bigpay since he's really young - and guess what, he got scam calls right after he registers BigPay at my recommendation. Massive regret.

The printscreen is scammer use my bigpay card purchase dunno what online thing but due to balance low, got decline.

If scammer call, is long time ago, they use whatsapp to call u.
Really those low budget scam type because 1) cannot speak properly 2) background got rooster crows sound.

2+ years later, hit with this doing international transfer. I doubt the person asking me this favor is going to wait 20 days.

Edit : They have no records of my transaction at all, other than in my app. Good app to launder money. Bank Negara will be proud.
