Wanted to withdraw to bank. Requested to top up RM1 from bank. Successfully did that but BigPay says name does not show belongs to me... Anyone got this issue?

TLDR; BigPay can reload with CC(1k limit), DC, FPX, 7-11. Wise (MYR wallet) can reload with only FPX or cash deposit machine. CC & DC cannot. Spam calls started after using BigPay... Then often system hang can't check balance... Card fail to wave for no reason, takes forever to return cancelled payment, remit kena bounce... Support queue is in the hundreds when urgently need to contact them... No phone options....
The list goes on, what is going on with this stupid company... |
