Error message is 'do not honour'.

As I said, debit card (public bank and Stan Chart) went through no problem.

UOB YOLO and Public Islamic Visa Platinum couldn't (do not honour message was the same). But YOLO could go through on all my other ewallets (TNG, Boost, Grab, Kiple, ShopeePay). Didn't try PIB Visa Platinum but defeinitely not yet expire.

is bigpay sending money using cc to another bigpay has been block?

worked in the morning. Maybe try again later? Or ensure recipient did not freeze his/her card.

i am using my google pay with bigpay card.

new card register with google pay will need the random digit part from the transaction *GOOGLE*RANDOMID*RANDOMDIGIT to get verified on the platform.

bigpay never display the randomid and randomdigit part since day 1.

i cannot get google pay to verify my bigpay card.

Did you try request from bigpay the statement?
Last time I got missing refund transaction, then they send me the statement (seem from their side) contain the transaction to proven it was refunded.
From the statement, seem u can view the trans name in full.

Mine is the opposite. CIMB debit card cannot top up, removed it from Bigpay app, now unable to add back, error "something wrong happened". But my debit card is still able to be used to top up TNG/Shopeepay.

Not possible. The recipient must unfreeze his/her account first before you can transfer yea

I did a local bank transfer to my own account (Favourite) on 9am Monday morning, till today the status in BigPay is still Pending and I never received the funds.

Anyone experienced something similar before? I've already gone through the Support chat twice, still the old rehashed "we are investigating. thanks for your patience". Wondering whether there is anything else I can do.

Everything is down for me now. Topped up twice for RM1 each before 10am using saved card, now unable to add any new card or perform top up even from saved card.
