My transfer just got declined, and BigPay telan the "non refundable" 0.50. I'm glad I got the funds back, but have sent BigPay a message asking for the reason the transfer failed.

Seems Monday got problem for transferring money to local bank, as i manage to transfer to my Maybank acc yesterday morning and received money in evening of the same day.

I should have reload my binance account before activating the new card. I thought can use both together but seems like already removed the old card from my app.

BigPay refunded the 0.50 to me yesterday, without me asking. Then got a message from them today, saying that there was a disruption with their transfers earlier, that it is now fixed, and that I would be refunded.

Just checked and got the 50c refund biggrin.gif . The support of CS team is better than Boost.

Did your (2) got it already? Mine expiring this month and they are still delivering it since November 2021 while I see other new members are getting their card when they already activate theirs in Dec 2021. I can't even create the virtual card.

that card expired last month, till now replacement not received.

sent many enquiries thru live chat. CS just apologizing. luckily I barely use the card.

We can still do the usual QM -> transfer (to somewhere) without the need of the card if we use the app’s features only right?
