Yes, I always top up my BigPay with either my own card or my wife card alternatively (depend on which card offers better cashback at the time of top up).
So far no issue. Doing this since 2 years ago.

Cannot use bp for ebay anymore? tried few times but unsuccessful.

open BP apps. click analytics. select your google pay transaction date and download the PDF. open PDF and you can see that random digit from google pay.

Is anyone else facing issues with their big pay ?

I am trying to do a local bank transfer from my big pay to my local bank and it keeps asking me to deposit RM1 from my local bank to my big pay to reconfirm that is my account. Did it 4 times and it still isn't going through.

Never had issues previously when i tried doing a bank transfer from bigpay to my local personal bank


Contacted support and it has been a week!

their CS is lousy it may take 2 to 1 months to resolve.
If you plan to withdrawl it better transfer to other account and withdrwal together...

Currently when i click on local bank transfer to withdraw my money from big pay to my MBB/CIMN account, i kept getting this message "One last check! We need to make sure that you are using your own Malaysian Bank account. Please top up RM1.00 to your Big Pay from a bank account that belongs to you."


Did this 5 times, transferred RM1 each time and still the same issue persist. Screw bp!

Hi guys.
I topped up rm1k into bigpay using pbe bank credit card on 16th feb.
The top up should be success, since bigpay does not allow me to top up next rm1k and said it hit the monthly limit already.

However, the amount of 1k does no reflect on bigpay.
Meaning my wallet is still showing rm0.00
Meanwhile my credit card already charged rm1k.

Any idea on this?

I had similar issue betore, talked to CS twice but useless. After 2 weeks and another few day money got refunded by itself.
