you cant blame them, BNM are overwhelmed by complaints.

i know a person that reports to bnm few times monthly, not because of frauds, but due to didnt receive cashbacks.

That's what I thought. Bank Negara today differed from 3 years ago. Not sure about banks, but very sure fintechs knew.

But I managed to get them to action on BigPay recently.

That’s 8 weeks of waiting for investigation etc since last reported fraud. They said will refund once the wait time is over which is mid November. And up now, every time I nudge them about it, they go… sorry we missed you. Hope your issue is resolved and close chat.

That’s clearly incompetence. They could’ve resolved those small petty matters within the day.

I just made amendment in my message, based on Bigpay's notifications to me. Check the "Support" at your Bigpay App, they are quite helpful. "40 days" and "60 days" could be the requirements at MasterCard network for dispute cases.

BigPay is funny. They took their time when sending me the physical card. The card was just sitting there in KL and not being delivered for a long time.

3 days ago, I finally got my physical card but didn't activate it yet. Now, BigPay is sending me a notification every day, "Have you received your card? Activate it now." I'm taking my time also.

I have question regarding transferring money to Alipay.

When I tried transfer MYR to Alipay, it didnt get through and showed "The account number entered is invalid"
I tried to send MYR to my China national friend's Alipay, it went through.

Is it because you can only send MYR to China national's Alipay account? Or I am missing something here bangwall.gif

My Alipay is working. I even have China bank card and account tied to it. I can freely topup and withdraw to China bank.
Just that I couldnt top up with Bigpay

Used my virtual card to purchase stuffs online, i still get the cashback.

I see, i went familymart to swipe and got the cashback hours later.
Earlier spend in shopee didnt get tho, hence the question earlier.

Bigpay should come up with a notification section, cannot read again the message after open their app.

yea... received it as well. But the cashback it 1 time only? hmm.gif

And there is also a check-in campaign, but I don't see any "check-in" button. They only ask us to open the app daily. rclxub.gif

The CB sometimes instant get, sometimes hours later. Gotten CB from shopee purchase too.

You should be getting too as long as u still have remaining CB balance.

The CB is kind of mysterious. Up to 50% per transaction. 50% is awesome but I haven't been able to figure out how it's actually awarded. Their FAQ is not very explicit about it haha
