If u have samsung phone u can transfer the points to there sometimes got some nice vouchers like Shell, Petronas, Shopback, etc.
Else if no nice voucher u just transfer in and transfer out can extend the points validity infinitely.

not worth it for aa food now as they have 50% off.

i went langkawi and the cab driver told me he stop airasia ride bec he hardly get even 2 call within a week, me use grab solely i have to reduce my keep topping up balance, and grab offer some discount for airport ride, and oddly the entire airasia very super(ficial) app doesnt facilitate bigpay like others ewallet do, the function seem like another credit/debit card.

i ordered groceries and only prompt no stock when wanna check out to pay, i order 10 items and 5 items no stock, hence i spend almost 15 minutes keep changing the item but finally give up. my big point stay same.

i ordered food and 45 minutes later reply cant find driver, and delivery cancel, credit card refund take one week. so big point stay same.

airasia shd remain selling air ticket. utilise your big point on air ticket to langkawi and get drunk every night before pas order a stop on selling liquor.

didnt see any benefits beside just a prepaid card?

Bigpay main feature should be the FX rate for foreign currency txn...

Anyone has luck getting fraudulent transactions money back?

BigPay seems to be given nonsense excuses about the refund and BNM is so slow in responding that BigPay thinks BNM as useless.

They just replied that we’ve noticed you’ve raised the matter to higher authority and we’ve sadden that you decided to take this step. Then stop there and disappear. Then BNM is so useless that they replied we’ve forwarded the matter to BigPay. Please wait for two weeks for reply.

Entering 5th week now.

No need to afraid.
Save all the evidence and you still can consult a lawyer if bp and bnm do nothing.

dang. yeah i also realised banks aren't afraid of bnm anymore. blantant lies but bnm can't do anything

Still early, need to wait for 100 days (40 days from transaction date - begin to process the dispute with the merchant, if the merchant doesn't respond in 60 days then Bigpay will refund) if I am not wrong, because it is not a credit card.
My case in Oct 2019, reversed in Jan 2020.
