No 24-hour CS. They don't even work on weekends. biggrin.gif

The others have answered you about the Freeze button in the app.

LOL in fact a lot of my colleagues use Apple Pay and Samsung Pay and Google Pay, so the merchants all know how to operate tap and pay, no issue at all. But if anyone uses pin and pay, it's such a hassle for them they rather just tell you cannot, ask for cash.

True, but I always thought that if my card goes missing and the thief uses it for some wave payment, I can dispute it with the card issuer and have them cover it under their insurance. These risk should be borned by them IMO.

Haha but I'm not sure how strong my argument stands because I've never tried before biggrin.gif

no. sst only on credit card and charge cards. maybe TS can put this in the 1st page if not already there.

If you lost the phone, you lost the SIM Card as well.. if not mistaken, the sign in process for BigPay App is using SMS Verification. Unless you got your SMS Card replaced first, or you registered using another phone no which is not in the same phone as logged in with BigPay ...

That's if you realised your card is missing soon enough.

Or let's say you're robbed along with your phone (this is a prepaid card I doubt there's protection like credit card), then by the time you freeze it, they might used it somewhere already.

Yeah, it seem like if u lost ur phone n wallet together, ur BigPay money sure gone especially with paywave function.. as I believe not everyone hold 2 phones or maybe the whole bag got snatch, both phone also lost
