the only way is use another phone and taking the photo of BigPay app..

Guys, I tried to book hotel using the bigpay card, I tried 3 times and all unsuccessful. I also tried to link the card to the AirAsia payment method also it said as invalid card. Was there any procedure that I need to do before I can use the card? Before this I own the Air Asia Big Prepaid card, do i need to cancel it before can use it?

You have to "turn on" the app every time you need it. Don't need it, off it. If I'm not mistaken, by default it is not activated.

I think BP has issue with online transactions now... Since last weekend...

Mine were not and I don't bother to try anymore though I was tempted to last night.

Good to know it is kinda solved but I don't think it is fully resolved yet.

My identity just got verified.
When I tried to top up to get the BigPay card, I got connection error!!!

Darn, I tried Agoda just now and it failed. So end up I used my maybankcard. I already topup RM 1900 into the card to pay for the hotel and it end up failed.
Other than using atm to take out the money in the card, was there any other method that u know?

Dear Hye, I already tried it and Bigpay did block the ss even with third party apps. laugh.gif
