Topped up on Monday. After putting in OTP it says error please try again so I checked my transaction update and the top up didn’t go through so I tried again.
Now I check back the update and there’s an additional amount meaning the “failed” transaction went through. zzz |

Ya wondering why the card doesn’t have our name and instead comes with numbers. It doesn’t make filling up details any faster.

Can your team seriously address the issue regarding "failed" transactions that are actually successful? It happened to me few weeks back and I'm surprised it's still happening to some recently. Your system certainly has a problem in acknowledging transactions that actually went through and hence giving the client a false impression that he or she needs to top up more money. If your system is unsure, please state to the client to "check the amount later", instead of "unsuccessful, please try again". This is borderline fraud as we're informed the transactions were unsuccessful and not "in "pending" status. Not sure it’s Lazada’ fault or BP’s.
Lazada refunded my purchase (paid with BP) on Sunday but until today it’s not reflected in my balance yet. For CC, it usually will be shown in my unbilled transaction after 2-3 days. |
