Topped up on Monday. After putting in OTP it says error please try again so I checked my transaction update and the top up didn’t go through so I tried again.

Now I check back the update and there’s an additional amount meaning the “failed” transaction went through. zzz

Wow, you have a point to be upset. Considering the only allow 10k max topup, almost half of that now is in dispute.

Can your team seriously address the issue regarding "failed" transactions that are actually successful? It happened to me few weeks back and I'm surprised it's still happening to some recently. Your system certainly has a problem in acknowledging transactions that actually went through and hence giving the client a false impression that he or she needs to top up more money. If your system is unsure, please state to the client to "check the amount later", instead of "unsuccessful, please try again". This is borderline fraud as we're informed the transactions were unsuccessful and not "in "pending" status. FYI, some of us do not want to topup above certain amount due to the cash back promotion from other banks.

The initial rate was the instantaneous rate. After that it's the final fixed daily rate, i think. that should be the final rate, no change after the second rate.

Not sure it’s Lazada’ fault or BP’s.

Lazada refunded my purchase (paid with BP) on Sunday but until today it’s not reflected in my balance yet. For CC, it usually will be shown in my unbilled transaction after 2-3 days.
