Just a sneak peek but... Soon, BigPay will launch in neighbouring countries. And BigPay-to-bank transfers are coming... There are so many other exciting stuff I'd like to share but I can't right now biggrin.gif

Is Support for SamsungPay in the pipeline too?.. That is more important for most of us who love to use Samsung Pay

Just a quick question. Has there been any change in how BIG point is assigned? Quite a number of us has not received any BIG point since last week even though the transaction status has changed to Settled.

Same here, no Big Points receive for txns since 6th August.

Guys, I understand the concern but this is the first case like this that's ever been reported. Our compliance team called the customer on Friday, and we'll be in touch again tomorrow morning. We're taking this seriously!
Any issue with BIG Points can be raised via a direct FB Message and it'll be investigated/solved!
*
Same, I do discovered my settled transaction recently also not awared with BIG Points.

Yea, I also reattempted to reload Boost with Bigpay at 4.59pm and still failed. Earlier I had no problem with reloading via MBB card.
*
I am facing the same issue as well. I removed the card and re-add again. The verification with OTP went thru. but the reload transaction are declined. with the error message of "Transaction not permitted to issuer cardholder" /

Hey people, just a heads up. We're experiencing an unplanned downtime. Do not try to top up until I give you the green light.
*
Is it affected the usage of BigPay card too? No OTP transaction via Boost was rejectes by BigPay since yestersay afternoon.

Not sure it’s Lazada’ fault or BP’s.

Lazada refunded my purchase (paid with BP) on Sunday but until today it’s not reflected in my balance yet. For CC, it usually will be shown in my unbilled transaction after 2-3 days.
*
Mine refunded within 2 days into my BigPay account. with a strikethrough

Hi bro, may i know the amount refunded is written on as a transaction or the just the strikethrough at the past transaction?

does it mean strikethrough the refund is already into our Bigpay account? expecting zalora refund soon but im afraid i cant tally with my current balance in the card
*
Erm.. Depends.. Mine was posted as new transaction with a strikethrough since the refund was done after my transaction was posted as "Settled" . there is once.. my transaction was posted as "Pending" and refund done before the transaction become "Settled", so it strikethrough my actual transaction.

I’ve been actively using Boost too for the past 3 weeks. Not because of withdrawing money. But because of shake rewards. And I’ve used it more often ever since FavePay teams up with Boost.

However, I received an email from FavePay that it is disabling the payment by Boost through its system due to a system upgrade by Boost. This is weird considering their partnership started just recently. No timeframe is given when we can use Boost with FavePay again.

Why give up Boost so easily. BP cannot top up doesnt mean end of the world. We still can use credit card to top up mah. If go thru BP, lets say top up 1k. We merely make additional 20 Big points aka 20 pennies only mah.

Speaking of this, i got no experience using Boost yet. Will look thru it n top up 1k test test water as will go try use it at KFC tomorrow.

Shake shake thing is still new to me, but at least i going to experience it n not giving up due to BP cannot top up.
*
There are 2 reason I started with Boost. First is their 50% Cashback and Second reason is their partnership with Fave since I can use FavePay via Boost. It is safer since my Fave account was compromised unknowingly (long story... and after a long process they refunded those vouchers that not purchased by me.... ).

It looks similar to insurance - direct debit fiasco. BP wanted to have OTP verification.
If Celcom-Boost stops it, BP will not have transaction "Declined" shown in APP.
*
Agree .the transaction should not be went thru and recorded in BigPay app.

So jealous! Wanna try it out too but I guess it'll take a long while til BP sends a new card to those existing users.
I hate it when I go to SG and the merchants there only know how to use Tap, dono how to swipe/pin it even though I know the terminal accepts it.
*
Haha.. It is good that they know how to tap. To make it more convenience, I will normally load my NETS FlashPay card in MRT Station using BigPay and use NETS FlashPay for all my transaction since it s widely accepted in SG.. So I can tap anywhere flawlessly..
In Malaysia, merchants are trained to use "PIN and Pay" and "we" dont accept wave .. bla bla.. with tons of reason....

The credit card terminal in sg is much more advanced than the ones in my. Most of the merchants used the one issued by wirecard I think.
*
They have 1 terminal for all.. It is from NETS. accept Credit Card, NETS and NETS FlashPay ..Yup ..some from WireCard..
https://www.wirecard.com/newsroom/press-rel...yment-solution/

In SG, their "Touch N Go" is under CEPAS Standard, and operated by 2 Operator (NETS FlashPay by NETS ) and Ez-Link Card) thus it can be integrated seamlessly in MRT and we can even read card using our phone to check the balance and transaction history. So, I just reload it using BigPay at MRT Station and I can track my spending using phone...

You can report lost card using the app

Haihz, I can't top up now. Is now even considered peak hour?
Agreed. Their secondary method of protection seems non existence. Waiting for next day for CS to be in operation is not exactly a smart security feature.

The best method for now if you lose the phone as well is to borrow another phone and sign in using your details to log in and freeze the account.
*
If you lost the phone, you lost the SIM Card as well.. if not mistaken, the sign in process for BigPay App is using SMS Verification. Unless you got your SMS Card replaced first, or you registered using another phone no which is not in the same phone as logged in with BigPay ...

That's a good idea! why didn't I think about it before haha. I'll do this going forward.
LOL in fact a lot of my colleagues use Apple Pay and Samsung Pay and Google Pay, so the merchants all know how to operate tap and pay, no issue at all. But if anyone uses pin and pay, it's such a hassle for them they rather just tell you cannot, ask for cash.
True, but I always thought that if my card goes missing and the thief uses it for some wave payment, I can dispute it with the card issuer and have them cover it under their insurance. These risk should be borned by them IMO.

Haha but I'm not sure how strong my argument stands because I've never tried before  biggrin.gif
*
Yay.. That is in SG.. Anyway they are super welcome Wave... Here is like... "wave .. cannot.. only PIN and Pay" ,"my boss can only PIN and Pay, not wave.. " or "use cash can ah"?.. haha..
