Agreed. Does BP have 24-hour CS? If not how to cancel the card if we lose it?

Imagin what happen if you lose the card and your phone at the same time? sweat.gif

BP care without wave feature might be good in a way coz no one can use it w/o pin. But without wave might be inconvenient to certain people.

Someone mention that they can use the card without PIN while on oversea.

another reason is oversea spending forex conversion calculation and comparison with actual xe.com rate. the amount shows on transaction just an estimation based on transaction time, the final forex conversion rate will be based on settled/posted date.

share experiance of my BigPay usage in Switzerland, all transaction require 6 digits PIN.
most of the transactions went thru smoothly, except one time the terminal shows "card denied" error on 2AM Malaysia time, I believe it is the down time (maintenance time).
Forex conversion rate were fantastic.

The rates compare to Maybank FCB Mastercard, transaction on same days.
BigPay: 1 CHF = RM4.30
Maybank FCB: 1 CHF = RM4.42

will continue to use BigPay on oversea, hopefully less down time next time thumbup.gif

And if there's any downtime, we'll make sure it takes place during off hours.

Please aware that off hours in Malaysia might not applicable for overseas countries, e.g.: Europe. 😀

how come ur overseas withdrawal using the bank's rate instead of MasterCard rate?
*
From my observation, some of the Singapore ATM do mandatory bank conversation even for same bank, no SGD option, some of it charge withdrawal fee. it will show the information before withdrawal, have to skip those ATM.

Someone reported you can withdraw S$2,500 (largest amount) from Bank of China ATM in SG, thus minimizing RM10 withdrawal cost

yup, I saw SGD 2000 option in Changi Bank of China ATM.
