On average...it is 1 pay on time n earn the rebate n 1 didnt pay up n pay 18%. Bank still make good profits with this ratio. Give out average 1% or lesser but earn up to 18% interest.

Many card holders are not aware how to maximize cb. Like yesterday i share the Bigpay card to my aunty. She said dont waste time on this small rebates

If the bank didnt make money, they wont give u the cash back so generously and they will cut the benefit subsequently. Bank earn much more $ from those late payments n the 18% interest every month

Why should you care whether bank make money? Importantly they don't make money from me, as that's all I can control. If other users are so generous to donate money to them resulting in higher benefit/temptation then good for me.

My phone is Note 8. tried several times to top up by using Aeon Big credit card, unable to get to the OTP page

My logged out and logged in by using my friend's phone (XiaoMi Mi Max 2) and tried top up by using same credit card --> top up successful

Mine still pending also.

But for last boost top up, big pay points awarded after one day

Haha. Don't worry, we have analytics tools that warned us for these spending patterns long before I even joined the thread! And to be fair, I hope I'm not seen as a spy. My main goal is to have a channel of open discussion with a very engaged community. Some of the ideas that were discussed here by users have been implemented, or will be. I agree that if not sustainable,  bank will tarik the Cashback as shown by maybank with their amex. But because they tarik the Cashback,  lots of people stop using the card,  they stop earning money.

You're saying you received BIG points for your Boost top-up on 9th August? My top-up on 7th August doesn't come with any BIG points even though the status has changed to settled.
