In my opinion, you guys should be careful with this BigPay and make sure you have your own records as well, otherwise money will disappear without trace. I won't be surprised that merchants or friends don't receive money after this although it shows in their record that you did.

Issues here is:
1. Money was transferred out without permission.
2. Money transferred out was not recorded.
3. So called money transferred was not received by the other person.

Awaiting the feedback as we speak because after 3 weeks, my patience has run out. It'll probably escalated to Bank Negara Malaysia and business fraud division of the police. Hope this issue can be settled without temporarily shutting down BigPay.

If the CS can trace that fund was transferred to you , maybe you should check if your account increase RM60 without a trace too?
If it is an error, why transfer to you and not somebody else?

Maybe you should check it.

My case is I top up few times & later I noticed that 1 of the top up transaction not show in the transaction list.
I calculate manually & found that the balance is correct as per my actual topup & spend, just that the 1 top up transaction is missing not shown in the app.

True, but we also bear costs on top ups for instance because we want them to be completely free for our users.

Agree with libidocllab. I like BigPay and really hope it is sustainable. Now I don't need to ask my wife to use A card or B card to make payment. Just go for BigPay every time.

Maybe should set a lower monthly limit on local withdrawal but not oversea withdrawal.

That my advice to you few days back. Spend sometime to calculate and check if your BIGPAY increase RM60 without a trace too before all the big huha.

If you are in the 1st page of contact list in your gf phone, is not that hard to transfer money to you, it just require few touch to complete the transfer.

If you login to bigpay & leave the phone unlock and put it to pocket /beg, i think accident can happen.
Or leave it unattended with kids at home, it just require few seconds. My kid always take my phone & unlock with my finger while i am sleep......
Or your gf really do it but REALLY FORGOT......me myself is very forgetful
or BIG PAY problem....still they need to improve & fix

serious double standard and selfish move.
they can always say by certain date everyone will have this contactless free and those who want it early can refer 2 friend or pay 20. it is due to their difficulty in accommodating so many people at once. but they take the easy & selfish step. the rest is just reason to justify their act.

For credit card maybe bank will offer free replacement.... BigPay is prepaid card , you should compare with debit card. Any bank offer free replacement for debit card? I don't think so

No, It change for Pin-Enabled card for all credit/debit card. All bank has to offer free replacement for that, but it is not for the wave function.
