Is it still cheaper than exchange money in Msia money changer? I read some posts the bank charges quite high rate and maybe it's more worthwhile to just change it while in Msia...

It is asking for 6 digit Bigpay card number...which is 6 digit?

Maybe the money transferred out to another person because I see from the attached transaction it didn’t mention account number, etc...

Any way to prove it really went to the intended account or keyed in wrongly?
