This BigPay service and system are really below par. I tried to withdraw RM4000 from ATM but it failed. Then I tried RM3000, and it worked. To my surprise, BigPay deducted both RM4006 and RM3006 from my account although only the RM3000 withdrawal was successful.
I called the customer service hotline and the officer asked me to fill up a dispute form. Refund will only be made 3-5 working days later. What kind of service is this?!!
At least they will refund to you should be generous already.

Previously I did encounter another bad experience with BigPay as well. One of my topups was missing in their crappy system. It took a few days for them to manually credited the money to my account after my complaint. If I did not check and complain, they would just quietly “eat” my money.
Don't expect too much their services especially you are in Malaysia.
Everything you need to call and follow up regarding the missing amount or rewards.
Customers are need to "feed spoon" to the company for dispute about your problems.

N today I just found out that my settled transaction for 6th aug onwards no points awarded.. 2 retails, 1 Boost.
Perhaps too many people apply BP already.
And this will cause slow to solve the problem.
I remember last time I call BP call center several time, straight away engage with "Nombor ini tidak dapat dihubungi, sila cuba sebentar lagi".
Seems like their call center need to improve as soon as possible.
Else, people will think "This company stable or not? Sound like Invalid call"..
