both type B and C looks almost similar, but not mistaken one of the type where the top of dining area was hollow, meaning you can watch down from first floor to the ground floor dining area.

Now I remember, the type C is the same as type B, only the dining pavilion of Type C has high ceiling! I remember my wife mentioned about "who's gonna clean up the habuk up there ah? I'm not going to do that!"

yeah.. 20% interest free loan at 5 years time. so double loan need to pay. will be struggle for the first 5 year i guess. but after that can live will be more easy.

i guess easily to apply for bank loan especially is house is more that 600K.. and free interest loan also from developer..

i think ppl who buy this area for investment wont be that much... northern part here dont have those hypes about KLIA, putrajaya, cyberjaya, silicon valley etc... so doesnt make sense for alot of investors to buy in here...
