Hi Guys,

Last year i visited Eco Grandeur (Graham and Avenham) from PJ and Selayang, 3 times go there since looking at subsales before salesman inform me about Regent.

Since i'm not familiar with the place so I used waze, but upon reaching there, there is 1 area got flood, nearby mosque and furniture shop and intersection with 4 traffic light (sorry I really not familiar with the place so i cant pin point the location), causing me to reroute the way which taking extra 30-40 minutes to reach there. From the traffic light will only take around 8-10minutes only. im worry about this since very keen to buy one of the EG unit.

i know that based on previous ECO project they will make like a short route to the nearby highway, will it be the same for the EG?

lol really not sure which part you saying, alot 4 traffic light intersection around the area, but the only flood point around the area should be inside saujana utama, which should be the one you used it when you come from selayang through jalan kuala selangor, other than that, never really encounter with flood issues around the EG area (except maybe construction time, the materials caused some flood issue)...

this project doesnt seems to have direct access to highway as most of the highway located quite distance away and need passby other developer township

I will go again next weekend , will see what is the intersection name.

last time i went is during July20, Eid Adha. that time they just release the regent, can i know what is the price for regent now since the salesman the price gonna increase in 2021.

the eco business park V will hav a nearer exit to LATAR highway...to be complete on Q4 2022
that exit will passby LBS alam perdana houses....that will skip the flood point you mentioned.

yup....EW should be know limitation of this road already so they make another exit to LATAR...
next time if this intersection flood or too jam, ppl from BSC going PA also can use LATAR oredi...shud be no toll in between

Hi everyone, this may be slightly off-topic but wondering if you have any suggestion for air cond installers? I bought some air conds for my Avenham unit but haven't found someone that can install it

Hey, been using these guys from The Dustbox solutions for regular maintenance for at least 5 years now.. They do installations too. A tad pricer than most even for maintenance. But they always get the job done right AND offer an after-service warranty too. Checked and they cover there as well.
