just got into this thread today...huat ah huat ah! new thread!

As @mascot_lim kor said, Avenham type C is relaunched in Phase 3...but now I when I made comparison on Avenham Type C vs Avenham Type B, seems they are the same...what has changed? or did I mistakenly remember Type C was different before..

I agree to disagree with your opinion.. Yes, EG should be at par with other EW projects in the term of club house etc..but for Avenham and Graham buyers, the price is good enough for us to buy one without the perks of the clubhouse.. I never buy any cashmere scarf, as all of my money habis already to pay for EG.. Let alone Rolls Royce, but I got a Myvi which I gave it to my mom to drive, and she's really happy with it! My point here is, the definition of good /great might be different, one man's poison could be another man's food, thus referring back to my question, "which house did you bought?"

The one that I asked was someone who take care of buyer after we bought the house.. Can't remember what's that called.. Thanks for bringing it up, I will ask land office and property lawyers to understand this

Thanks for the info, definitely a significant difference! Will need to clarify this as I know one of the popular question by Bumi that get Bumi discount would be, "Is this house is a Bumi Lot?"

Hello guys,

Long time dun come here..very hot discussion ahhh..

I got feedback from a few friends who stay in Puncak Alam; working in Subang, Shah Alam and Cyberjaya and they mentioned that the PMD road seems much better now..no more bottleneck until the traffic light to GUTHRIE there..and the DASH highway construction is really well in progress! I hope the VP will be all smooth soon with a good build up and finishing..
