This is suppose to be the "Bread and Butter" or rather "Affordable" version of Eco World products, the ethos are shined through in the form of more modest landscaping and the absence of club house.

Unlike the usual EcoWorld offerings, e.g. Eco Majestic, Eco Sanctuary, Eco Ardence where every single prescint is equipped with a resident only "Club House".  The location of EG doesn't help either, it's leasehold, it's faraway from most job dense locations, the only fancy thing about this development is the brand name associated with the developer, hence the fancy sales gallery and inflated price. If SP Setia, Sime Darby and other GLCs developers were akin to H&M or Uniqlo, then Eco World is definitely Gucci or Prada at the very least. Quoting my wife, "One shouldn't expect a cashmere scarf at H&M to be sold at the same price of a cotton scarf from Gucci".

Please do NOT stuff words in my mouth, I have NEVER asserted that EG should be at par with other EW products, saying EG is not at par and saying that it should be at par is entirely different. Please take a reading comprehension class if the Malaysian education system has failed you in doing so.

Please re-read what I wrote in my previous reply and do not mince my words, it's a cardinal sin to spin the truth, there's nothing wrong in buying anything that is reasonably priced like a terrace house, but this development's price point is off, you wanted opinion, I gave you one. leasehold can get bumi discount but lot wont converted to bumi lot...........then it makes no different btw leasehold and freehold except tenure.

Bumi buyer bought with bumi discount, yes for freehold property. Bumi buyer gain advantage as they bought at much cheaper price but after getting individual strata title, is free to seel to anyone, no bumi lot restriction.

However, unfortunately it is not the same case for leasehold property.
Bumi buyer bought with bumi discount is automatically counted as bumi lot.
Future subsale transaction also, bumi buyer bought from non bumi owner, the house possible to fall under bumi lot as well after changing ownership.

Many people saying freehold and leashold property got no difference (especially for high rise). But for bumi buyer, this is a significant difference regardless is landed property or high rise property.
