since DSL is almost/already sold out (Graham sold out if not mistaken), EG will miss the chance to meet public needs for DSL if they don't plan DSL asap.
majority of the ppl still seeking for DSL which is cheaper than semi d and bungalow... EG will lose a lot of prospect who hunting for DSL... |

500k first phase is normal double storey terrace, called Graham.

last property i did not pay the MOT because I intend to sell the property after VP... manage to sell the property and request the developer (Naza TTDI) consent to transfer the title to new owner directly... developer ok with it...
