both type B and C looks almost similar, but not mistaken one of the type where the top of dining area was hollow, meaning you can watch down from first floor to the ground floor dining area.

yesterday drop by EG, notice there is a big plot of kelapa sawit land, (opposite LBS project) under clearing now, anyone know who will be the developer?

but I saw there is a sign board placed near on it, but can't see clearly, that land is really big, hopefully is re-planting, if not, surrounding area really getting "botak" but not green anymore.....

KLK house designed and their surrounding environment are very ordinary, I went to both showroom, and I am more prefer house design and surrounding environment so finally go for EG as my choice. one of the key consideration is EG is leasehold, but if EG is not leasehold, I think their selling price might be more higher then.
