puncak alam kinda crazy these few years since the modern PA first explored by MKH.... new launchings keep on coming....

BSC under sg buloh ma... i think the earliest one that build at the external part of PA is the Aquila by Perfect Eagle... after VP... immediately tenggelam satu feat all the units there....   
yea.... but i think it could be they just follow the trend aje since residential offering really alot here... build another proper business park to compliment EW one... at least there's some small path to self sustaining... lets hope they can materialize it....

So much for getting away from the chaos..I don't mind an awning or heck even a Gazebo in a corner/end lot.. As long as it's tastefully done and sort of uplifts the place. Yep, found those pics too last night... If left like that, definitely ugly.. But I'm going to assume that those bricks will be plastered over and painted white. Ideally with the same paint used originally. Honestly don't think EW will simply approve it otherwise.

thanks for the info. interestingly the 30x60, and 24x55 is doing quite well. for the surau thing, maybe u can have a look at LBS project. i cant really tell too its a surau or a mosque
