did they let you go ahead with the refund?

Since they can't deliver as per stated in invoice, customer should have right to refund. I cant wait because i will travel end of this month and very urgent to get the laptop as required spec.

Does anyone have THX audio driver problem after recent windows update?
Mine stopped working after the update.
Have to change the default to realtek, then back to THX to work everytime after booting.
Tried uninstall and reinstall thx driver using their installer and now, THX driver does not even showed in device manager anymore..

Ok.. It works now..
Just to share my experience.
You have to uninstall all related driver/software, before reinstall.

Anyone know the specification of the CMOS battery for Onyx GTX1060?
Having difficulty to boot up during cold boot, and realize the time is not synced in bios

Will probably accept the refund then. I really regret emailing them to cancel. If I knew they would force revert the order anyway, I wouldn't have mind waiting till May to get the order I wanted.

Are you seeing the same error 1020?
Or other errors?

Can you try this shop's URL?

Yeah, I hate to say this but I would like to join this train too.

Still has 1st gen Onyx. Every year, there's always a problem, from keyboard to battery to BIOS. It's like every year I need to go to Damansara and get it checked up.

Recently, handed in this laptop before my warranty expired, already told them problems like constant BSOD (even though its not the KB5001330 update, or I put it wrong) and upon turning on without charging, the laptop would switch on but the screen is not light up for a few seconds....then shut itself down before re-start itself properly. The only way I can avoid the 'switch on problem' is by keeping it charging at all times even when I'm not using it.

When taking back this laptop, the guy said it has updated the BIOS, quick reset (which I kinda prefer full reset instead) and should be okay. One week later, BAM! BSOD COMES AGAIN!!
Even my 6-year old HP still stands strong.

Hey,
is the problem of your "turning on without charging, the laptop would switch on but the screen is not light up for a few seconds" still persist?
it happen to me too, i am suspecting it's because of dead CMOS battery, try go into the bios and check the time during cold boot, my one everytime it will reset.
Haven't tried to change the CMOS battery yet, it's just my guess what's the problem causing it.

here's the boot time comparison between cold boot (first boot after not plugged in for few hours) vs hot boot

Hi guys, I've been using Onyx V RTX 3060 for one month now..I've been using this laptop to do some heavy gaming...and the cpu will peak at 93 degrees and gpu will peak at 88 degrees..in order to cool down my laptop I've been kinda obsessed with cooling fan or anything that helps cool down my laptop. So for now i had fully utilized all my usb port, I had 2 vacuum cooler fan and one laptop cooling fan operating while i using the laptop either in office mode or gaming mode. The point is that I experience locked up on my laptop..like hang or jam and can't do anything for like 3 to 5 mins and it forced me to hard reset the laptop..is this problem due to too much power on cooling fan?
